Thai Green Curry with Coconut Rice
A flavorful Thai-inspired dish made with green curry paste, coconut milk, and fresh green chilies, served with fluffy coconut rice.
Ingredients

- β1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- β2 Fresh Thai Green Chilies
- β1 cup Coconut Milk
- β1 cup Vegetable Broth
- β1 cup Coconut Rice
- β1/4 cup Fresh Basil
- β1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sugar

Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
