Pho Tacos
A fusion twist on traditional pho, served in a crispy taco shell. A delicious blend of Asian and Mexican flavors.
Ingredients
- β2 cups brothy pho broth
- β1 pound velvety beefsliced thinly
- β1 pound vietnamese beefthinly sliced
- β1 bunch broccoli
- β8-10 taco shells
- β4 lime wedges
- β1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- β2 tablespoons sriracha
- β1 cup sour cream
- β1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions

Cook the pho broth according to package instructions.

In a separate pan, cook the sliced beef over medium-high heat until browned.

Add the thinly sliced beef to the pan and cook until browned.

Add the broccoli to the pan and cook until tender.

Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.

Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of the beef and broccoli mixture into each shell.
