Bitter Pepper Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry dish that combines bitter and sweet notes from the pepper and velvety sauce. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- β1 medium bitter melonpeeled and sliced
- β1 large bell pepperany color, sliced
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1-inch piece gingergrated
- β1 tablespoon soy sauceoptional
- β1 tablespoon sesame oilfor serving

Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
