Slovakian Vegan Gnocchi with Garlic Sauce
A traditional Slovakian dish adapted to be vegan-friendly, featuring homemade gnocchi and a rich garlic sauce. This hearty meal is perfect for a cold winter evening.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup flour
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1/4 cup olive oil
- β2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- β2 tbsp vegan butter

Boil the potatoes until tender.

Drain and mash the potatoes.

Combine the mashed potatoes with flour and mix until a dough forms.
