Lemon Pilaf with Herbs
A flavorful and aromatic pilaf dish infused with the brightness of lemon and the freshness of herbs.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup Turkish Uzurpified Rice
- ●1 Lemonjuiced
- ●1/4 cup Fresh Grasschopped (optional)
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Black Pepper
- ●2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Add the pilaf and Turkish uzurpified rice, stir to combine.

Add the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper, stir to combine.

Add the chopped grass (if using), stir to combine.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover.

Simmer for 20 minutes, or until the liquid has been absorbed and the pilaf is tender.
