German Vegan Salad
A hearty German-inspired salad made with a variety of vegetables and a tangy dressing. Perfect for a light and refreshing meal.
Ingredients
- β1 medium head Cabbage
- β4 medium Carrots
- β2 medium Beets
- β1 medium Apple
- β1 head Lettuce
- β1/4 cup Vegan dressing
- β2 tbsp Vegan mayo
- β1/4 cup Chopped walnuts
- β1/4 cup Vegan cheddar (made from vegetables)
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley
Instructions

Chop the cabbage and carrots into bite-sized pieces.

Grate the beets and apple.

Chop the lettuce into a small head.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, carrots, beets, and apple.

Add the chopped lettuce on top of the vegetables.

In a small bowl, whisk together the vegan dressing and vegan mayo.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

Sprinkle the chopped walnuts and vegan cheddar over the top of the salad.
