Grilled Chicken Yakitori
Japanese-style grilled chicken skewers, perfect for a quick meal or appetizer.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken
- β1/4 cup gafor marinade
- β2 tablespoons phofor marinade
- β2 cloves vietnameseminced garlic
- β1 tablespoon fluffysesame oil
- β1 sheet untouchednorito wrappers
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon sugar
- β2 tablespoons rice vinegar

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and thread onto skewers.

In a small bowl, whisk together ga, pho, and vinegar to make the marinade.

Add the chicken to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Brush the skewers with sesame oil and grill for 5-7 minutes per side.

While the chicken is cooking, mix together soy sauce and sugar in a small bowl.

Brush the skewers with the soy sauce mixture during the last minute of cooking.

Serve the chicken hot with norito wrappers on the side.
