Sushi Bowl with Indian Spices
A fusion of Indian and Japanese flavors in a sushi bowl. The unique combination of spices and sushi rice will leave you wanting more.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Sushi RiceShort-grain Japanese rice
- β2 tsp Unique Spice BlendA mix of cumin, coriander, and turmeric
- β1 medium CucumberSliced into thin pieces
- β1 medium AvocadoDiced
- β1 sheet Sushi NoriSeaweed sheets
- β2 tbsp Rice VinegarFor sushi rice
- β1 tsp GingerGrated
- β1 tsp Sesame SeedsToasted
- β1/4 cup CilantroChopped

Rinse the sushi rice thoroughly and cook according to the package instructions.

In a pan, heat the rice vinegar over low heat.

Add the grated ginger and sesame seeds to the rice vinegar and stir well.

Once the sushi rice is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl and pour the rice vinegar mixture over it.

Mix well and let it cool to room temperature.

Cut the cucumber and avocado into thin slices.

Cut the sushi nori into desired shapes.

Assemble the sushi bowl by placing a scoop of sushi rice at the bottom, followed by a slice of cucumber and avocado, and finishing with a piece of sushi nori.
