Argentinian Beef Wrap mit Garlicky Sauerkraut
A flavorful German-inspired wrap filled with marinated Argentinian beef, garlicky sauerkraut, and wrapped in a unique tortilla.
Ingredients

- ●4 cloves Garlic
- ●250g Sauerkraut
- ●to taste Salt

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the thinly sliced Argentinian beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Add the sauerkraut and stir to combine. Cook until the sauerkraut is slightly caramelized, about 2-3 minutes.

Season the beef and sauerkraut mixture with salt and black pepper.

Warm the unique tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
