Spicy Ethiopian Tibs Stew

- β1 pound Beef (sirloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
- β1 medium Onion, chopped
- β3 cloves Garlic, minced
- β2 tablespoons Unique Berbere spice blend
- β1 can White beans (cannellini or navy), drained and rinsed
- β1 tablespoon Tibs spice blend
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add Berbere spice blend and cook for 1 minute.
