Italian Yogurt Toast

- β2 slices Toastpreferably Italian bread
- β1/4 cup Fresh Basilchopped
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon Olive Oilfor spreading on toast

Preheat your toaster or toaster oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Toast the bread until lightly browned.

In a small bowl, mix together the yoghurt and minced garlic.

Spread the yoghurt mixture evenly over the toasted bread.

Sprinkle the chopped basil over the top of the yoghurt.

Drizzle the olive oil over the basil.
