Croatian Frittata
A traditional Croatian egg dish, perfect for breakfast or brunch. Frittatas are a great way to use up leftover ingredients.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup, sliced Croatian sausage
- ●1/2 cup, shredded Unique cheese (e.g. smoked cheese)
- ●1/2 cup, chopped White onion
- ●1/4 cup, chopped Fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the Croatian sausage over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and a pinch of salt.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked sausage and onion mixture in the skillet.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set.

Remove the skillet from the oven and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Return the skillet to the oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the skillet from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
