Creamy Thai Biryani with Seared Foie Gras
A rich and creamy Thai biryani dish topped with seared foie gras, perfect for a luxurious dinner.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Heavy cream
- β4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- β2 teaspoons Unique spice blend
- β1 teaspoon Indian biryani masala
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
- βto taste Salt
- β4 pieces Foie graspreferably seared
- β2 stalks Fresh lemongrasschopped

Heat butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add lemongrass and cook for 1 minute.

Add biryani masala and unique spice blend. Cook for 1 minute.

Add basmati rice and cook for 2 minutes.
