Croatian Pickle Pilaf

- β1/2 cup Pickle, finely chopped
- β1 tsp Croatian spice blend (paprika, caraway seeds)
- β2 tbsp Unhurried olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- β1 cup Water
- β2 tbsp Nuka (sour cream)

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add the chopped pickle and cook until slightly caramelized.
