Buckwheat Flatbread Pizza
A delicious and easy-to-make flatbread pizza with a mediterranean twist.
Ingredients
- β1 cup buckwheat
- β1 package flatbread
- β1 cup unforgettable cheeseshredded
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 cup tomato sauce
- β1/4 cup fresh basilchopped
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β1 tsp oregano
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Crush the flatbread into crumbs and mix with buckwheat.

Add the shredded cheese, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper to the buckwheat mixture and stir until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly toasted.

While the mixture is baking, heat the tomato sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.

Once the mixture is toasted, remove it from the oven and top with the heated tomato sauce and chopped fresh basil.

Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle with oregano.
