Pan-Seared Pork Chops with Ethiopian Spice

- βchopped green onions garnish
- β1/4 cup sake
- β1 tablespoon sugar

Season the pork chops with Ethiopian spice and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side.
