Spicy Korean Roast Chicken Jjigae
A fusion of Indian spices and Korean flavors, this spicy roast chicken jjigae is a hearty and comforting meal. Serve with naan or rice for a complete experience.

- β2 teaspoons korean chili flakes
- β1 teaspoon unctuous curry powder
- β1 cup pillowy basmati riceuncooked
- β1 medium onion
- β2 cloves garlic
- β2 tablespoons jjigae sauce

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the curry powder and korean chili flakes and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the roast chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-6 minutes.
