Classic Australian Lasagna
A twist on the traditional lasagna, featuring Australian flavors and unctuous cheese.
Ingredients
- β12 sheets Australian Lasagna Sheets (or regular lasagna sheets)
- β1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- β1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- β1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- β1/2 cup Unctuous Cheese (or Brie)
- β1 cup Australian Tomato Sauce
- β1/4 cup Fresh Basil
- β3 cloves Garlic
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the Australian lasagna sheets according to package instructions.

In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and unctuous cheese. Mix well.

Spread a layer of Australian tomato sauce on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Arrange 4 lasagna sheets on top of the sauce.

Spread half of the ricotta cheese mixture on top of the lasagna sheets.

Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese.

Repeat the layers: Australian tomato sauce, lasagna sheets, ricotta cheese mixture, and mozzarella cheese.

Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
