- β1/2 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
- β2 tablespoons sambal oelekThai chili paste
- β1/4 cup coconut milkfull-fat for creaminess
- β1 tablespoon fish sauceThai seasoning
- β2 tablespoons lime juicefreshly squeezed
- β1 tablespoon brown sugaroptional
- β1/4 cup tofucrumbled for garnish
- β chopped cilantrofor garnish
