Saudi-Style Chicken Stew
A hearty Saudi-inspired stew made with chicken, rich in umami flavor and spices, served keto.
Ingredients

- β1 tsp spicy sauceadjust to desired heat level
- β1 tsp saudi spicessuch as cumin, coriander, and turmeric

- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 can tomatoesdiced
- β1 cup stew meator beef, cut into bite-sized pieces

Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the saudi spices, umami paste, spicy sauce, and stew meat. Stir to combine.
