Thai Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful Thai stir fry made with silken tofu and argentinian grilled chicken.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Argentinian Grilled Chicken Breast
- β1 block (14 oz) Silky Tofu
- β1/4 cup Umami Stir Fry Sauce
- β2 cups mixed cherry tomatoes Tomato
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β1 cup chopped Thai Basil
- β3 cloves minced Garlic
- β1 tablespoon grated Ginger
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the wok and set aside.

In the same wok, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat.

Add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the tomato and cook until it starts to break down, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the silky tofu and cook until it's lightly browned, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the umami stir fry sauce and stir to combine.

Return the chicken to the wok and stir to combine with the sauce.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Transfer the stir fry to a serving platter and garnish with chopped Thai basil.
