Stir Fry with Argentinian Beef
A Thai inspired stir fry with tender argentinian beef, juicy aromatics, and a savory umami sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Argentinian Beef (sirloin)Slice into thin strips
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 medium Bell Pepper
- β1 cup Mushroom
- β2 tablespoons Umami Sauce
- β1 teaspoon Stir Fry Seasoning

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until browned.

3. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

5. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet, and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until tender.

6. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

7. Add the cooked beef back into the skillet, and stir in the umami sauce and stir fry seasoning.

8. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

9. Serve the stir fry hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
