- β200g Tofu
- β2 tbsp UmamiSoy sauce or dashi powder
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β1/2 cup Green onions
- β1 tbsp GingerGrated

Cook pasta according to package instructions.

Cut tofu into small cubes.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
