Tonkotsu Ramen with Japanese-Style Paneer

- β4 cups Tonkotsu BrothMade by simmering pork bones and tonkotsu in water
- β8 ounces Japanese-Style PaneerPan-seared paneer marinated in soy sauce and sake
- β1 package Ramen NoodlesJapanese-style ramen noodles
- β1 cup Shiitake MushroomsSliced shiitake mushrooms for added flavor
- β1/4 cup Green OnionsThinly sliced green onions for garnish
- β2 teaspoons Umami Spice BlendA combination of soy sauce, sake, and mirin for added umami flavor

1. In a large pot, combine Tonkotsu Broth and Umami Spice Blend. Simmer for 10 minutes.

2. While the broth is simmering, prepare the Japanese-Style Paneer by marinating it in soy sauce and sake for 10 minutes.

4. Cook the Ramen Noodles according to package instructions.

5. Slice the Shiitake Mushrooms and add them to the Tonkotsu Broth for added flavor.
