Japanese Teriyaki Stir Fry
A quick and easy Japanese-inspired stir fry recipe featuring American sausage and a sweet teriyaki sauce.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons soy sauce umami
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil stir
- β1 onion, sliced fry
- β2 inches, sliced ginger

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion and cook until it starts to caramelize, about 3-4 minutes.
