- β2 tbsp Umami Saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup Crunchy Stir Fry Mix (Chinese Broccoli & Carrots)frozen or fresh
- β1 tsp Cooking Oilvegetable or peanut oil
- β1 tsp Soy Saucelow-sodium
- β1 tsp Gingergrated
- β1 clove Garlicminced
