Polish Sausage and Crumble Italian Hash
A hearty Italian-inspired hash made with Polish sausage, crumble, and a hint of umami.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup CrumbleBreadcrumbs
- ●1/2 cup Norwegian crumbleCrushed into small pieces
- ●1 teaspoon UmamiDried mushroom powder

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice the Polish sausage into 1-inch pieces.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the crumble and Norwegian crumble to the skillet and stir to combine.
