Scotch Egg with Umami Glaze
A twist on the classic scotch egg with an umami-rich glaze, perfect for a snack or light meal.
Ingredients
- β1 Scotch Eggmade from vegan ingredients
- β2 tbsp Umami Glazesee below for ingredients
- β1 tbsp Vegan Mayonnaise
- β1 tsp Vegan Mustard
- β1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika

Boil a pot of water and cook the scotch egg for 10-12 minutes, or until it's cooked through.

In a small bowl, whisk together the vegan mayonnaise, vegan mustard, and smoked paprika.

In a separate bowl, mix the umami glaze ingredients.

Once the scotch egg is cooked, slice it in half lengthwise.

Brush the umami glaze over the scotch egg, then drizzle with the vegan mayonnaise mixture.
