Brazilian-Style Pao de Queijo
A traditional Brazilian cheese bread recipe with a crispy exterior and a soft, cheesy interior. Perfect as a snack or side dish.
Ingredients

- β1 box (includes tapioca starch, coconut oil, and salt) pao de queijo mix
- β1 cup shredded de queijo cheese
- β1 tsp umami seasoning blend
- β1/2 cup grated brazilian cheese
- β2 large eggs
- β1/4 cup melted coconut oil

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine pao de queijo mix, de queijo cheese, umami seasoning blend, and brazilian cheese.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and melted coconut oil.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Shape the dough into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.

Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

While the cheese bread is baking, cook the prosciutto slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
