Ukrainian Duck Dumplings
A hearty and flavorful Ukrainian-inspired dish featuring duck meat and rich, fluffy dumplings.
Ingredients

- β2 cups All-purpose flourFor dumpling dough
- β1/2 cup Bread crumbsFor dumpling coating
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced

Season the duck breast with salt and black pepper.

In a pan over medium-high heat, sear the duck breast until browned on both sides.

Transfer the duck to a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the duck is cooking, make the dumpling dough by combining flour, egg, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Place a tablespoon of chopped onion and minced garlic in the center of each dough circle.
