Italian Galette Stuffed with Cheddar and French Herbs
A delicious Italian-inspired galette filled with cheddar cheese and French herbs, perfect for a cozy dinner or snack.

- ●1/2 cup basque cheddar cheese
- ●1 tablespoon fresh french herbs
- ●1 galetteoptional, for crunch

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the pizza dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

In a small bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese and French herbs.

Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the center of the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Fold the edges of the dough up over the filling, pressing gently to seal.
