Crispy Pork German Flatbread
A hearty German-inspired flatbread topped with crispy pork and fresh herbs.
Ingredients
- β1 package Flatbreadpreferably German-style flatbread
- β1 pound Pork Shoulderboneless and skinless
- β2 tablespoons Butterunsalted
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
- β1 tablespoon German Mustard
- β4 slices Crispy Bacon
- β1/2 cup Onionthinly sliced
- β2 cloves Garlicminced

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the pork shoulder with salt and black pepper.

Sear the pork in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned on all sides.

Transfer the pork to a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the pork is cooking, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
