Turkish-Style Boregi with Rocket Salad
A Turkish-inspired boregi recipe served with a refreshing rocket salad. Perfect as a snack or light lunch.

- ●1 package Turkish boregi doughstore-bought or homemade
- ●4 cups Rocket leaves
- ●1 cup, crumbled Ultimate feta cheese
- ●1/2 cup, pitted Bitter olives
- ●1 tablespoon Su (water)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Unroll the boregi dough and cut into squares.

Place a tablespoon of feta cheese in the center of each square.

Add a few rocket leaves on top of the cheese.

Fold the dough into triangles and press the edges to seal.

Brush the tops with su (water) and bake for 15-20 minutes.

While the boregi is baking, prepare the rocket salad by combining the rocket leaves, olives, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
