Pan-Seared Salmon Udon Noodles
A Japanese-inspired dish featuring pan-seared salmon and udon noodles in a savory sauce.
Ingredients

- β4 oz salmon filletfresh or frozen
- β1 bunch flowergreen onions or edible flowers for garnish
- β2 tbsp soy sauceor to taste
- β1 tbsp rice vinegaror to taste
- β1 tsp grated gingeror to taste
- β1 tsp sesame oilor to taste
