Turkish-Style Steak Wrap
A flavorful and easy-to-make wrap filled with charred steak, served with a side of crispy flatbread.
Ingredients
- ●4-6 inches in diameter Flaky flatbread
- ●2 cloves Minced garlicMince just before using
- ●8 oz Minced steakHigh-quality cut, preferably ribeye or strip loin
- ●to taste Turkish seasoningTypically includes oregano, thyme, and cumin
- ●to taste Salt and pepperAdd as needed
- ●2 tbsp Olive oil
- ●1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsleyOptional, for garnish

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).

Season the steak with salt, pepper, and Turkish seasoning. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Char the flatbread on the grill for 1-2 minutes per side, or until crispy.

Slice the steak into thin strips.

Warm the flatbread by wrapping it in foil and heating it in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 5 minutes.

Assemble the wrap by placing the charred steak on the flatbread, then topping with minced garlic, parsley, and a drizzle of olive oil.
