Keto Avocado Tacos
A low-carb twist on traditional tacos, featuring avocado and tsmooth cheese. Perfect for a keto diet.
Ingredients

- ●3 ripe avocados avocado
- ●1 head tart lettuce
- ●1 tsp mexican seasoning
- ●to taste salt

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Cut the tsmooth cheese into small squares and place on a baking sheet.

3. Bake the cheese for 10-12 minutes, or until melted and slightly browned.

4. Meanwhile, slice the avocado into thin pieces.

5. Wash and dry the tart lettuce, then chop it into small pieces.

6. In a small bowl, mix together the mexican seasoning and salt.

7. Assemble the tacos by placing a square of melted cheese onto a lettuce leaf, followed by a few slices of avocado.
