Syrian Quesadilla
A fusion of Syrian and Mexican flavors in a crispy quesadilla. The smoky lamb and grilled onions add a depth of flavor that complements the sumac perfectly.

- β1 tsp SumacDried, powdered
- β2 large QuesadillaTortillas
- β100g Feta CheeseCrumbled
- β2 tbsp Olive OilFor brushing

Preheat a non-stick pan to medium heat.

Brush the quesadillas with olive oil on both sides.

Season the lamb with salt and cook in the pan until browned.

Add the grilled onions to the pan and cook for another minute.
