Brazilian Coconut Rice Bowl

Ingredients

- β1 cup tropical fruit (pineapple, mango)chopped

- β1 teaspoon brazilian spices (cumin, coriander)
- β1 tablespoon vegan vinegar

- β1/4 cup coconut milk
- β1/4 cup fresh cilantrochopped
