Australian Fish Fritters

- β1 cup 1 cup silky flourAll-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup 1/2 cup australian beerBattered fish
- β1/4 cup 1/4 cup tingling batter mixStore-bought or homemade
- β1 1 eggBeaten
- βto taste Salt and pepperSeasoning
- βfor frying Vegetable oilFor frying fritters

1. In a large bowl, combine flour, beer, and batter mix. Mix well.

2. Add the diced fish to the bowl and mix until just combined.

3. Add the beaten egg and mix until the mixture is smooth.

5. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat with a small amount of vegetable oil.
