Pan-Seared Norwegian Salmon Patties
A simple and flavorful dish made with Norwegian salmon patties, pan-seared to perfection. Serve with a side of lemon wedges and your favorite veggies.
Ingredients
- β4 Norwegian salmon patties
- β1 Lemon
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β1 tsp Garlic powder
- β1/4 cup Chopped parsley
- β1 Tavafor cooking
Instructions

1. Heat the tava to medium-high heat.

2. Add the olive oil to the tava and let it heat up for a minute.

3. Add the salmon patties to the tava and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

4. While the salmon is cooking, squeeze the lemon juice over the top and sprinkle with garlic powder.

5. Remove the salmon from the tava and place on a plate.

6. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top of the salmon and season with salt and pepper to taste.
