Italian Roasted Ravioli
A simple yet flavorful dish that pairs the comfort of roasted ravioli with the tanginess of pickles.
Ingredients

- β1 cup, sliced picklesany type of pickle
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor roasting ravioli
- β2 cloves, minced garlicoptional
- β1/4 cup, grated parmesan cheeseoptional
- β1 tsp, dried basiloptional

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Place the ravioli on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, parmesan cheese, and basil (if using).

Toss the ravioli to coat evenly.

Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
