Kenyan Dumpling Stew
A hearty and comforting stew from Kenya, featuring tender dumplings and a rich flavorful broth.
Ingredients

- β1 pound tendercut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 cup velvetysliced
- β4-6 dumplingshomemade or store-bought
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons tomato paste
- β4 cups chicken broth
