Saudi Arabian Rigatoni Pasta Bake
A traditional Saudi-inspired pasta bake made with tender rigatoni pasta, toasted Saudi spices, and a hint of Arabian flair.
Ingredients
- β400g Rigatoni Pasta
- β1 medium Tender Onions
- β2 tsp Toasted Saudi Spices (Cumin, Coriander, Cardamom)
- β2 tbsp Arabian Olive Oil
- β2 cloves Crushed Garlic
- β100g Grated Cheddar Cheese
- βto taste Salt and Pepper

Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

Cook the rigatoni pasta al dente and set aside.

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the toasted Saudi spices and cook for 1 minute.

Add the crushed garlic and cook for a further minute.

Add the cooked pasta, tender onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish.

Top with grated cheddar cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown.
