German Keto Beef Stew
A hearty German-inspired beef stew with a spicy twist, made with tender beef and served with a side of cauliflower mash.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Beef stew meat
- β1 head Cauliflower
- β1 medium Red onion
- β1 cup Spicy sauerkraut
- β2 cups Beef broth
- β2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- β1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the sauerkraut, beef broth, tomato paste, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper.

Bring to a boil, then cover and transfer to the oven.

Bake at 300Β°F for 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
