Tender Smoky Lamb Kebabs
A classic Greek-inspired dish featuring tender lamb kebabs with a smoky flavor.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup Greek yogurtfor marinade
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilfor brushing kebabs

In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Add lamb cubes to the marinade and mix until coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread marinated lamb onto skewers.

Grill kebabs for 8-10 minutes per side, or until lamb reaches an internal temperature of 145Β°F (63Β°C).
