Lamb Mechoui Tacos
A unique fusion of Japanese and Moroccan flavors in a taco. Tender lamb mechoui is served with spicy Japanese mayo and crispy sesame seeds.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb mechoui
- β8-10 Japanese taco shells
- β1/4 cup Spicy Japanese mayo
- β1/4 cup Cilantro
- β2 tbsp Crushed sesame seeds
- β1 tsp Sesame oil
- β2 tsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Sesame seeds
- β1 tsp Red pepper flakes

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Slice the lamb mechoui into thin strips.

Grill the lamb for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.

In a small bowl, mix together the spicy Japanese mayo, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes.

Spoon the lamb onto the taco shells, followed by a dollop of the spicy mayo mixture.
