Saudi Arabian Chicken Wrap
A flavorful wrap filled with tender chicken, inspired by Saudi Arabian and German cuisines.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breast
- β4 wraps tender saudi arabian flatbread
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- β1 medium onion
- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1 teaspoon coriander
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon pepper
- β2 cups shredded lettuce
- β2 medium tomato
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the chicken with cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.

Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the chicken is cooking, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in the skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the shredded lettuce and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

Assemble the wraps by placing a portion of the chicken, onion mixture, lettuce, and tomato on each wrap.
