Japanese Stir Fry
A classic Japanese dish made with tender beef, garlic, and a variety of vegetables, cooked to perfection in a savory stir-fry sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 pound beef (sirloin)cut into thin strips
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 bell pepperssliced
- β1 cup snow peassliced
- β2 tablespoons soy sauceor to taste
- β1 tablespoon oyster sauceoptional
- β1 tablespoon sesame oilor to taste

Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the sliced bell peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes, until tender.

Add the sliced snow peas and cook for 1 minute, until tender.

Return the beef to the skillet and stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using).

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the beef is coated in the sauce.
