French Pistachio Wrap
A light and crispy French-inspired wrap filled with tender chicken and a sprinkle of pistachio for added flavor.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastboneless, skinless
- β1/4 cup pistachiochopped
- β1 large wrapwhole wheat
- β2 tablespoons butter
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper.

Place the chicken breast on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle the top of the chicken with butter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

While the chicken is baking, toast the wrap in the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until lightly crispy.

Once the chicken is done, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.

Assemble the wrap by spreading a layer of pistachio on the bottom of the wrap, followed by the sliced chicken.

Fold the wrap in half to enclose the filling.
