Spicy Korean Naengmyeon Noodle Salad
A refreshing summer salad made with Korean naengmyeon noodles, spicy Korean chili flakes, and crisp cabbage. Perfect for a spicy kick on a hot day.
Ingredients

- β1 head, thinly sliced Cabbagegreen
- β1/2 cup, diced Tender Korean chili flakes
- β1 tsp Naengmyeon Korean chili flakes

Cook the Korean naengmyeon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the thinly sliced cabbage and diced tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.

Add the cooked noodles to the bowl with the cabbage mixture and pour the dressing over the top.
